Sensitive Data services for research 28.04.2022

Our Sensitive Data services guide has been updated and reorganised into the following sections:

• Introduction to the services and legal agreements;

• Sensitive Data Connect, with a specific paragraph describing data encryption compatible with Sensitive Data services;

• Sensitive Data Desktop, with a specific section dedicated to software customisation with singularity containers;

• general FAQs about the services.

New features enabled on Sensitive Data Services (28.04.2022):

• Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) on SD Desktop: login to SD Desktop now requires an extra verification step. Next to autheticating with username and pawssword you also need to type in a 6-digit verification code provided via mobile application. To activate MFA on your CSC account see Multi-factor authentication paragraph in the Account section of this user guide.
